About the Himalayas
People of the Himalayan cultures are self-reliant and close to nature. The Himalayan region is a cultural complex with each little valley with distinctive cultural forms. The Himalayas have a great wealth of medicinal plants and traditional medical knowledge. Still, people have found a way to live in these harsh surroundings. Indeed, the region is home to many people in the high mountain valleys, and life continues as it has for centuries. For thousands of people, the house of snow is indeed home.
Thus, the Himalayas are perhaps best known for the world's tallest mountains. But the Himalayas snowy slopes and green valleys are also home to some of the world's hardiest people.
Do your best Dawa……..best of luck…..
Give your best and leave the rest to God. Fighting buddy
